Offline Address List

We have setup of Exchange server 2003 with SP2.

We have received the following Error

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeSA
Event Category: OAL Generator
Event ID: 9126
Date: 2/26/2009
Time: 11:51:15 AM
User: N/A
Computer: MAIL-KHI-LIVE
Description:
OALGen encountered error 80004005 while calculating the offline address list
for address list '\Global Address List'. This offline address list will not
be available for client download.
