offline messages not delievering

When I send an off line message to another WLM IM user who is off line, it
tells me "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:"
Occurs on one machine only. Have reinstalled software on that machine. Works
fine with same username on other machines. Have used different usernames on
the machine with same result. Any ideas what is causing it. Has worked before.
