Just installed Trial office 2003 but cant update . Any ideas?

Visit the Microsoft Office Update Center and try
downloading the updates directly:

iT DID THANKS. Followed the troubleshooting guide. Turned out that my
registry cleaner had deleted the downlaod path so had to create a new path.
Workes fine now. Thanks

That is one of the many hazards of registry cleaners.
Typically such self induced problems are blamed on the OS, program etc.

That is also why such cleaners should not be used unless the person is
absolutely sure each item being deleted is in fact unnecessary.
Unless the person fits that description, I suggest people not use the tool
they are not able to control properly.
