That is one of the many hazards of registry cleaners.
Typically such self induced problems are blamed on the OS, program etc.
That is also why such cleaners should not be used unless the person is
absolutely sure each item being deleted is in fact unnecessary.
Unless the person fits that description, I suggest people not use the tool
they are not able to control properly.
