Oh god please help me

will someone please help me there is this stupid task bar thing that will NOT
go away how do i take it off it has like F1, F2 , F3 etc. and it pops up at
random times and its SUPER annoying please help me somebody, anybody

sounds like you've got a case of spyware - I would suggest running
adaware or spybot on your system and they should remove it.

that cant be it i know this as an active part of vista its been doing it on
and off since the first day i got the damn thing

then its a toshiba program (not vista fault at all) called flash cards, and
yeah, its incredibly annoying & slow
you may turn it off but then you will lose the fn+f1 fn+f2 ... keys, it may
be better if you open the flash cards properties and tell them to dont open
with the mouse, they will show when you press fn+<any special key>, but the
rest of the time will be happily hidden

OK, you got the right answer as to what the prob is: Toshiba.
