Are you having problems with your current driver? If not, why do you
want to install the new driver? I can understand updating your driver if you
are a serious gamer and wish to utilize new performance drivers. Otherwise,
I would suggest leaving well enough alone.

When it comes to drivers, if it's not broke, then you don't fix it.

Follow the recommendations of the Manufacturer however these are not
always consistent. Sometimes they say it is ok to install over the old
driver
and other times its necessary to uninstalled the old first. Best is to just
always
uninstall and you won't go wrong.

If you ever need to delete ANY errant Driver which will not uninstall
properly
just boot into Safe Mode, remove it in Device Manager, then reboot
normally,
and have it hunt for the new driver OR have the new driver downloaded and
ready to run the exe for installation.
