Old (and installed) updates reappeared!

I am using Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP1.
After the re-appearance of the language packs in the Ultimate Extras list, I
installed one of them that had to be temporarily eliminated in order to
install the first version of the SP1.
I also installed the two new Ultimate Extras that was offered: the
DreamScene and the Sound pack.

The next day, after installation of this language pack and new Extras, my
list of Ultimate Extras (and also that of optional updates) now shows three
items that I have actually installed a long time ago:

Bitlocker and EFS enhancements
Hold Em Poker Game
Windows DreamScene

What is happening?

Unlimited installation and compatibility support for Vista SP1 is available
