Old email address

I am trying to install live messenger 8.1 but when i do this it loads with my
old email address that is not even active anymore. I don't know how to get
rid of it. I have uninstalled and tried to re-install but it does the same
thing. Please help!!!!

After Messenger is installed, open it up and if it signs you in, right-click the icon in the
notification area (by the clock) and choose Sign out.

Now, double-click the icon and choose the 'Forget me' link. Now, just type in your correct
e-mail address and password, choose the 'Save' settings and you should be set.
