Old emails are deleted

I am unable to see my previous emails older than 3 days; I understand that
emails three days old are deleted from the device due to default settings;
where can I change this setting on the device to keep seven days old emails
or can I change the number of emails to be kept on the deivce e.g. 100 emails.

Hi,
In ActiveSync on the desktop while you are synchronizing, you can change the
setting by clicking on Tools - Options. Then select the Inbox and then
Advanced.

There's also a message "display" option setting that is under the
inbox/tools/options/accounts/<account>/...server/options
