But it boils down to this:
Microsoft did not create the hardware you use (majority of it anyway) nor do
they provide any support for it beyond what the manufacturer provides to
them. Always go directly to the manufacturer of your hardware devices for
any hardware device drivers/software. It will likely be newer than whatever
has passed the 'tests' and 'payment plan' and provided on Microsoft Updates.
