ole32.dll problems

after installation of XP SP3 some of application did not working. Also these
applications unable to install, only remove.
How to replace ole32.dll with other newer version

Too much generalization. Can you give the names of the applications that
'stopped working', followed by the names of the applications that are
'unable to install' - and what is the purpose behind the replacement of the
ole32.dll?
