OLEACC.dll issues

I'm running an Acer Aspire 5610 with Windows Home Basic. I've bee
having problems with my computer not starting correctly or freezin
often. Usually I can start the computer with the last known goo
configuration and have no problems (a simple fix for me, since I kno
relatively little about computer hardware).

Today, I received errors that many of my programs executable file
couldn't run because the OLEACC.dll file was missing. Some browsin
online led me to run "sfc /scannnow" and "chkdsk" in safe mode.

sfc /scannow gets to 55% completion then stops, with the messag
"Windows Resource Protection could not complete the requeste
operation."

chkdsk gives me the error message:
"The type of the file system is NTFS.
The volume is in use by another process. Chkdsk.
might report errors when no corruption is present.
Volume label is Briana esta sexay [my boyfriend di
that...embarassing].

WARNING! F parameter not specified.
Running CHKDSK in read-only mode.

CHKDSK is verifying files (stage 1 of 3)...
File record segment 168241 is corrupt. file records processed)
File record segment 169232 is corrupt.
File record segment 169233 is corrupt.
File record segment 168234 is corrupt.
197376 file records processed.
File verification complete.
725 large file records processed.

Errors found. CHKDSK cannot continue in read-only mode."

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I don't know where my syste
disk is, because I've had these laptop for several years and moved a
least 4 times (that's college for you) during that time period.

Thank you in advance
