Omg "Turn Windows features on or off"

ok so i got on control panel then programs and features then i click on
turn windows features on or off i click continue on the promt then the
box coems up after its done loading and it black it has no folders in it
for me to turn them on or off. HELP

in SHORT sentences ?

Now what do you mean " .... and it black it has no folders in it for me to
turn them on or off. "
Do you mean that the box came up and it turned black, and there were nothing
inside the box ?

i mean the little dialog box that comes up is "blank" not black it i
suppose to how many folders in it.It has zer

You are posting from Pennsylvania... is English your primary language?
Have you ever been exposed to the concepts of "capitalization" and
"punctuation" in your limited schooling experience?
