No it does not. There are plans in the future but no dates or promises have
been made.

Now that X86 WOC 1.5 is pending release, they will begin working on the code
for X64.

No it will not. There is currently no 64 bit compatibility, either with XP
x64 or Vista x64.

Final version is what you will get.
