Yes.
If you want 2.0 now, most of the reported problems are for upgrades. You can
choose to uninstall 1.6 and install the 2.0 bits from
http://onecare.live.com if
you wish. Make sure you know the subscription LiveID before unisntalling
(OneCare, Help/About) for activation.
