I Have onecarelive with a full subscription but i have turned on my pc this
morning and the windows security sheild has appeared in my taskbar telling
me that I have security issues. When I open it, it tells me that the windows
firewall is off, that windows defender needs updating and that I should
switch on UAC.

All of this but onecare is also in the taskbar with all settings set to good
so what do I do? Should I delete windows security centre if I am being
protected by OCL or am I not being protected by OCL?
