Ongoing problems inviting member to join group

Hi, I wrote an earlier question about an undeliverable invite to a potential group member. It appears the problem is that her ISP is Orange and she has an orange email. She's tried to set up another one but it won't allow her to download messages. She has joined the group but now WLM won't let her sign in with her wanadoo email which she entered in the first place! This is fast becoming a right pain...
