online or remote person help

after shuttin down my computer one night, tried to restart, however my
computer will not operate. is there a way were someone can look at my
computer online to find out the problem with my computer, as i can not find
it, but am able to use things on safe mode from my original/normal mode,
apart from windows media player (or play anything that requires sound)

1. Do not accept an offer of remote assistance from any unknown person
responding to your post.

2. Use yellow pages (online or offline) to find "computers - service &
repair" near you; pick one; copy telephone number.

3. Call telephone number from step 2.

4. Follow directions.
