Only frame moves when moving window.

I want window contents not just its flame move together while moving
window. How to do that?

Hi,

Right click the desktop, choose personalize. Click the link for Window Color
and Appearance, then the link for Classic Appearance properties. Click on
effects, enable the line to show contents while dragging.
