Only KB842773 update avaliable, can't get SP2.

Hello, i wish that u could help me.

I have a Windows XP Professional (spanish) edition, when it stars up, always
ask me to install, this:

Tamaño: 644 KB
Este software actualiza el Servicio de transferencia inteligente en segundo
plano (BITS) a v2.0 y actualiza WinHTTP. Estas actualizaciones garantizan una
experiencia de descarga óptima con futuras versiones de Actualizaciones
automáticas, Windows Update y otros programas que utilizan BITS para
transferir archivos aprovechando el ancho de banda de la red inactiva.

After it completes the instalation, i have to restart pc, but the problem is
that I have done this about 43 times!.

And when i try to get another update, it tells me that I have to restart
computer. And this never end.

I appreciate that you could help me.
