You can set a Default mail account at Tools, Accounts, Mail, but that
only applies to new messages when the WLM focus in the folder list is
Not on any mail account. Replies and forwards always use the account
the downloaded the original message. And new messages will use the mail
account with focus, if any.
If the other 3 accounts are POP3 or IMAP and you Never want to send via
those mail services, one option would be to put the Hotmail SMTP
settings in those accounts.

A few notes:
- You'll need to use the Settings button in Servers, Outgoing Mail
Server requires authentication since the incoming server is not your
Hotmail account for those accounts.
- On the General tab put your Hotmail address. The information there
is used to create the From header.
