Open GL on Win 7 32 vs 64 bit

Hi all

We have an old programme, which seems to work on my Win 7, 64 bit, but sloooowly on 32 bit.
The 32 bit computer has an ATI Radeon HP 5452 video card, and I have installed the proper driver (I think).

Can anyone give any idea where to look?
