Open IME" & "Reconversion" option on context menu, How do I remove

I have two options on the right-click (context) menu of any edit-able text
field (such as the Address Bar, Run..., or Notepad). I do not know what
created these options, nor do I know what they do. They take no noticable
effect when I select them. They appear at the bottom of the menu (below the
"Select All" option) in their own group (underneath a seperator). One option
says "Open IME", and the other (just below it) says "Reconversion". The
Reconversion option has never been available, that I have seen.

When I select the "Open IME" option, it changes to "Close IME" the next time
I open the menu. But other than that, I see no effect.

I don't have any language packs involved on the machine.

Can someone tell me how I can remove this?

Thank you

Well, I see this is an old post, but I was hoping for a solution t
this...
Hopefully someone knows a way to disable this feature. I will neve
need to write right to left...
The context menu is simply too big and full of features I don't use.
Just look:

Hi,

No way I know of, those options are part of the notepad application. The
application would have to be rewritten excluding them.

This is not a feature within the Notepad application, but a feature i
the OS, but you probably know that
The same menu shows up in all programs with input fields, includin
non-Microsoft apps

'I made a little screencapture here.

This bloated context menu shows up wherever there is a field for manua
input, address bars, drop-down lists and so on
I just figured this was one of those design slipups, and that thi
feature could be turned off
Makes no sense to have Asian support enabled in Norway...

Anyway, in XP you could easily disable support for Asian languages
The setting was easily found like in the picture below

Hi,

There are context menu editors out there, but most only remove
addons/extensions made by third party software. You might try some of them.
I don't know of any way of removing system default entries.
