open procedure for service "msmq" in dll failed

Hi,

event id 1008 (perflib):the open procedure for service "msmq" in dll
"c:\winnt\system32\mqperf.dll" failed. performance data for this service will
not be available. status code is data dword 0.

actions: apply "q267316_w2k_sp4_x86_en.exe" (given by "APAC/GCR Professional
Support Team" <> CASE_ID_NUM: SRS051129600491) on my w2k
sp4 server 5.00.2195.

But "q267316 setup error" states "setup has detected that the service pack
version of the system installed is newer than the update you are applying to
it. you can only apply this update on service pack 3."

what should i do? please advise.
