Open programs show in taskbar on the right now, not the left.

All of the sudden any open programs now show in the taskbar on the right
side, near the Notification Center. It will only show two open programs at a
time, and if there are more than that, it will give a tiny up/down arrow just
next to it, to scroll thru the open programs. I dont know how to get it back
to the standard way. Help?

When you point at the vertical separator lines between sections of the
taskbar, a double arrow appears and you can drag it back and forth to get
more room for any section of the taskbar.
