Opening an Excel file thru the Explore

When I try to open an Excel File using Explore it shows the message that it
does not find the file or it may have the incorrect name. So I have to open
Excel first and then open it thru the Excel Open command.
It also takes a long time to open a Word file thru Explore.

In Explorer > right click the Excel file > click Open With > select
Microsoft Excel from the gallery of listed programs and check the box at the
bottom of the window, check the box that says 'Always use the selected
program to open this kind of file'.

Click OK.

Right click>>Open With>>choose Default Program.
