I just got a new computer with Vista and Works. MY old computer was an XP
and I had many publisher templates. How can I open these with my new
computer? Do I have to buy Publisher again to install on my new computer?

Have you seen the Vista "Windows Easy Transfer" application on the start
menu?

No, just download the template files from the old machine Works program to disk or flash drive and then load them back into the new one.

Publisher does not have a viewer (free download to view files in their
respective applications without having the application installed):

If you have the application, I would recommend installing it. Then you
wouldn't have a problem viewing the file(s).
