Opening up Microsoft Activesync 3.1

After I have installed ActiveSync it does not create a partnership I can not
opem the programme up either but it connects to my device , i have
reinstalled it many time but get the same result. Can antone help

Hi,

Which device are you trying to sync? After installation, if ActiveSync is
not opening (without the device connected), then you might need to manually
remove and then install it again. Refer to -

more info please... why 3.1, what os on the pc, what ppc and os?
