No. It's not. Maybe I did not ask the question correctly. If I open IE, and
go to a favorite, it does not open to a full screen, it just opens half and
on top of the previous screen. I want to go from yahoo and while viewing the
full screen, then go to a favorite and have that window open to a full
window, not what I am getting now which is almost like a half of screen and
then I have to maximize the new window. I use to have it, but I had to
reinstall Vista and now I don't have it. Thanks for your reply.
