Operating system help

1. Is this a serious place to find help with vista OS as there
seems to be a lot of Viagra and gay bantering?

2. I need help in speeding up my vista 1meg system. Is this the place for
questions or is there a better site for such help.

I assume you mean you need help speeding up your vista 1gb system?
Your best bet is to add more RAM. You can also try the suggestions at
