I'd like to thank everyone for their response and input.
I realize that a WLM newsgroup on the Annex Café might not be everyone's preference.
The Annex Café is not Usenet nor should one expect it to be.

The Annex Café provides some features that Usenet will never provide. A few of those are:
1. Moderated/Managed communities
2. A TOS(terms of service) consistent with other Annex Café forums
3. An existing user base of folks already using or intending to and interested in Windows Live Mail


It is not intended to be a replacement for the Windows Live Solution Center(WLSC).
The WLSC web based forum remains the primary place to obtain support from Microsoft Live Support personnel.
