Optional Update: Spanish Language Pack

My list of optional updates for Vista Ultimate has some language options
updates that I can add.

What does the "Spanish Language Pack" does, how it could be helpful? What
it is about?

Does it helps with the MSN dialup when I write e-mailed letters in Spanish?
Any other way?

It is a BIG load that will take a lot of disk space?
