Hi Eric,
Are you certain you bought a full retail disk and not a generic retail OEM
disk? The former qualifies for the exchange, the latter does not.
Was it in the full package box as pictured here:

Or did it come in a generic plastic wrap with cardboard or sleeve, a system
builder disk?
