Organizing music in Windows 7 MEDIA CENTER

Can somebody tell me how to organize the albums in Media Center?

I had assumed that under the Music Label (in Media Center) I would see all
the music I had specified in my new nifty Music Library. However, it seems
that Media Center is pulling music and podcasts from Itunes (some of which is
not music). Media Center is also displaying several copies of the album art
(with 2 or 3 of the album's songs).

So, I have deleted all folders from my Music Library (it is now empty),
expecting that Media Center's Music Label would be empty as well. Nope,
still shows all the audio I have on my commuter, all duplicated and
disorganized.

How can I tell Media Center what music to show and consolidate albums and
artwork etc.?
