If you're running Win7, then I don't know. In XP (and I guess Vista
is similar) the following procedure ought to cough up Paint:
Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs >
Add/Remove Windows Components (over on the left) >
Accessories and Utilities > Details button for Accessories >
check Paint > OK out
It is likely to demand your Windows install disc, so be ready.
