OT: Is IT a Profession or Bureaucracy?

It's so true but I guess many of you may never know this.

By the way, you'd need to know what is supposed to be right before you know
if there are any problems. Oftentimes, people don't see problems not
because there aren't any; it's just they don't know those are problems.

Keep debating on which is the best OS.
