If there isn't a techie here that can assist, can someone please point me in
the right direction? I could really use the help and need to figure this out
quickly.

Thank you all!!

What question? If you posted a question and then didn't keep additional
posts about the same subject in the same thread, no one knows what you
are talking about. Because you are using the awful web interface to
these groups, you probably don't realize that this is not a forum but is
really a newsgroup. I don't know any of the regular helpers who use the
web interface (including me). We all use newsreaders so we're not seeing
your original question.

You will get far more out of this resource if you learn to use a
newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows, but you can use
Outlook Express (XP) or Windows Mail (Vista) since you already have it.
Here are some links to information about newsgroups:

working properly

That said, since you started this thread you might as well keep to it.
Post your question about web hosting, providing all necessary details
per the "goodpost" link above.

I'm not Malke, but if the two of you don't mind my jumping in...

If you say you have no problem with it, I believe you, but the problem
is that unless you've tried using a newsreader instead, you have
nothing to compare the web interface to, and don't realize how much
better the experience of using a newsreader is.
