Help! Ax X5 sync problem - ActiveSync 3.5 starts ok, analyses items needing
syncing, then says "there was no response from your device when looking for
out of date appointments. If this problem reset the device". I have done
soft resets and rebooted pc but same problem. How can I avoid hard reset,
and would this work anyway?

Can you try reinstalling ActiveSync? If reinstalling 3.5 doesn't work,
try installing 3.7.1 (from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile).

Look for a file named picviewSync.dat in your Windows directory. If
you find it, delete it. That should correct it.
