I am having the same problem and I have followed directions to a T...
repeatedly! This is very frustrating! Can anyone help???

No, you have not followed instructions. Look at Gary's reply and follow
those instructions. Even better than that: create a new thread for your
problem and describe the problem; it is critical that you provide the entire
error message exactly as it is, except for email addresses, REPLACE the part
BEFORE the @ so spammers don't get the correct email address. Don't change
the part of the email address after the @.

Please follow those instructions.
