Outllook Express Update KB897715 error code 0x8007F302

Unable to install this update. Appears to be a version conflict. Help
displays 6.00.2800.1123s the current verson number. Error code 0x8007F302 is
displayed, no mention of this code anywhere on the MS site. Tried applying
previous upates but all appear to be installed. Of course now everytime I run
update this patch fails. Any suggestions?
