Outlook 2002 - Bulk email error

Hi,
I am experiencing a problem whereby users are sending bulk emails to 600 -
700 recipients and they are not being delivered. Three days after it is sent
an error message comes back saying that all are undeliverable:

(email address)@xtra.co.nz on 3/02/2005 2:03 p.m.
The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=(COMPANY NAME);l=(SERVER)
-050201011209Z-19144
MSEXCH:IMSCOMPANY):NZSERVER) 3499 (000B09B6) Host unreachable

We have recently conducted windows updates and it seems rather co-incidental
that this has occurred since the update.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do to resolve the
issue?

Please note that the emails sent out are not SPAM but is information
relating to our business that is requested by the recipients on an ongoing
basis.
