Outlook 2003 crash following Update to Vista Business 5/23/08

Outlook 2003 does not function following installation of the major Vista
update on 5/23/08. No error code, merely crash upon opening.
Is there a fix for this? I tried repair which is difficult because the
program will not even open enough to do this, and a repair from the
installed programs requiring the disk does not work either.
