have found this answer and it worked:
What you have to do is turn off the automatically checking for email feature
in Outlook. Then you can delete it out of there.
Tools menu/Options/Mail Setup tab. Uncheck “Send immediately when
connected” then click the Send/Receive button and uncheck the “Schedule an
automatic send/receive every ___ minutes”
Now you’ll be able to delete it. You can always use the FileVault to send
large attachments. It is at:
