Outlook 2007 has detected a catalog checkpoint arrest

I am running Vista Ultimate and in the last three days I have noticed that
this message is appearing in the list of the Event Log each time I open the
Outlook.

This Event ID 32 message is the last message that appears under Application.

Just guessing. Is it related to the Indexing service?
