Outlook 2007 Junk Filter KB959634 fails with 0x80070643

My OSE is running, but I can't install the Outlook 2007 Junk Update filter
for February.

The rest of the updates that came on Tuesday worked fine.

I am experiencing the same problem . I tried to insert the CD , but it did
not work . Can you advise what am I doing wrong ? Thanks to advise.
