I installed Outlook 2007 and it is super, super, super slow. I haven't used
it because it takes so long and shows a "non-responding" message with every
click. Suggestions?

Outlook, right click it, click View Details and copy the contents and paste

Disable any antivirus integration in Outlook. You don't need it and it slows
things down. Good suggestion to post in the Outlook forum instead of Vista.

In your antivirus program.
start it, go to the setup or configuration menu and uncheck support for
OL/OE or email scanning.
