My computer has just loaded and installed the latest 11 updates without any
problems, or so it seemed. Now I can't sent any emails - I can receive them
alright from my ISP, but as soon as I try to send an email, I get the 550
relay not permitted error. As far as I can determine, this is being stopped
before it leaves my machine and goes to the server, as the error pops up too
quickly - normally the message is scanned by my AV software before it is
sent. I've tried sending mail with the AV turned off, in case it was that,
but it still fails. Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone else
experienced this error?
I'm using XP Pro SP2 with Office XP
