Outlook and Express Won't Start

I updated to Windows XP (with Service Pack 1&2 on disk) and now neither
Outlook or Outlook Express will start. When I click on either the message is
"Your computer has been updated and Outlook must configure for the new
version. It then tries and fails, saying that it cannot locate "OMINT.dll"
and that I may have to reinstall Outlook. I have tried to reinstall from
Office 2000 disk and from the XP Home Version disk and neither will work.
Help please
