Outlook cannot open the Contact Folder

This is an error I receive when I try to sync between the PC and Pocket PC.
Exact wording is:

Synchronization cannot be completed because Microsoft Outlook cannot open
the Contact folder. Close Outlook and then start Outlook again. Once
Outlook is running, disconnect your mobile device and reconnect. If the
problem persists, reinstall Outlook.

Of course, I have done all this and nothing seems to help. ANyone have any
ideas?

Try running Help -> Detect and Repair in Outlook, then reinstall
ActiveSync. If that doesn't work, try running scanpst.exe - see
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm for further assistance.
