Outlook causes focus to keep switching!!!

Hi Guys,

I have installed Office 2007 Ultimate onto Windows Vista Ultimate and
everything is great apart from one VERY annoying anomaly. When I start
Outlook it keeps switching focus to something else in the background and
then back again. It does it about every 5 seconds and when I start another
program it does that same thing, the start button does it as well but when I
close outlook, everything seems to come back to normal.

I have looked at the task manager and it seems to be something to do with
"dwn.exe" can anyone please advise me on a solution to this. I am starting
here because I dont want to ring India for tech support. (nothing against
that accept I cant understand them most the time )
