Outlook contact list

Looking for some setting help (I think)
I am running Pocket PC 2003 on a toshiba e800 using activesync 3.7.1.
When I sync after a power loss instead of my contacts moving to my e800
the contacts are deleted from Outlook. I have conflict resolution set
as "leave unresolved" although I don't see how there and be a conflict.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
If you have restored a backup and the contacts are missing off the Pocket PC
then ActiveSync may be deleting the contacts to make them back in sync. In
the future, try deleting the partnership and reestablishing it and then
choose the option to merge the contacts.
